Since 2009, we have helped our customers complete more than 2,000 projects in over 20 states. It takes the collaboration of several individuals to make a successful project happen. Here are a few of the employees at Heck, Inc. who help lead our teams and deliver on our core values

Mike Heck

Mike founded Heck, Inc. in 2009.  He has over 20 years of experience in residential, industrial, and commercial construction; along with having a master electricians’ license since 2000.  Mike provides overall direction and leadership to the team leaders ensuring the best quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Jason Brown

Jason has 25+ years of experience in the construction industry. He is currently managing a nationwide advance metering project for the Corp of Engineers. He is also involved in some estimating elements of the construction division.

Donna Ventre

Donna has 30+ years of experience with both large and small businesses. Donna is the Vice President/Controller and oversees all financial planning and analysis, accounting, and business support. She has been an essential part of the company’s growth over the last 8 years.

Richard Whitehouse

Richard has 20+ years of experience in the construction industry. He is currently the Project Manager for all Atlanta-based projects and coordinates the efforts of our construction team.

Melissa Nunnally

Melissa has over 15+ years of experience in the administrative field. She is the Office Manager and oversees the administration of HR and maintains accounts payables, receivables, monthly billings, and payroll processing.

Valerie Smith

Valerie has 30+ years of experience in the administrative field. She is the Office Administrator and serves as the liaison between project managers, office staff, and our customers. She manages our Drugs Don’t Work and our Safety programs.
